5. County Chapter Development and Membership

• County chapter charter oversight
• Assist chapters in hosting at least 1 event a year
• Membership development
• Maintenance of membership list

• Prepare and follow endorsement guidelines
• Make recommendations to board
• Target races and conduct necessary interviews
